By accessing or using BotManifold ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

BotManifold is a robot intelligence evaluation platform that allows users to submit control policies for simulated robotic scenarios. The Platform evaluates submissions and maintains leaderboards ranking policy performance.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit malicious code or attempt to exploit the simulation environment
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
  • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Manipulate leaderboard rankings through fraudulent means

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any code or policies you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant BotManifold a non-exclusive, worldwide license to run, evaluate, and display results from your submissions.

Our Content: The Platform, including its design, features, and documentation, is owned by BotManifold and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOTMANIFOLD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
